Referral Bonus Program
At MedFirst we realize that our employees are our best advertising. We know that your endorsement of MedFirst to potential employees is invaluable. Therefore, we want to reward you for any referrals. If you tell a friend about MedFirst and they accept an assignment with us, you will receive a bonus:
- $500+ for each contract employee referral (upon completion of a 13 week full-time contract)
- $300 for each RN per diem referral (after 80 hours worked)
- $250 for each LPN per diem referral (after 80 hours worked)
- $75 for each CNA per diem referral (after 80 hours worked)
